What to watch out for

The state program launched in September 2023, run by the Division of Gaming (previously the Problem Gambling Coalition of Colorado managed the list). It is free and confidential. Tribal casinos (Ute Mountain Casino, Sky Ute Casino) and the state lottery are not under Commission purview and are not covered. Exclusion cannot be revoked before the chosen term ends.

Self-exclusion alone isn't enough

Colorado's program only binds operators licensed in the state — offshore sites and crypto casinos ignore it. The setup that holds is layered: self-exclusion plus a gambling blocker on your devices plus a gambling block on your bank card.
